pool loveless and not very inviting. breakfast consisting of lots of mini units wrapped in plastic and paper of not very good quality. only thing that was freshly prepared (eggs and fried potatoes) was already empty at 8. 30 a. m. was not refilled on both days we spent there, although there is officially breakfast until 10 a. m.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just off the main street with plenty of nearby restaurants. The room, a king suite with a balcony, was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I couldn't enjoy the large balcony due to the cold weather, but I can imagine it being lovely in the spring and summer. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful backside facing a river. They had picnic areas and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a favorite feature of mine. It was also a bonus that they allowed pets, as I was able to bring my dog. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The view on the river with the small terrace, the calm, very soothing setting the charming staff. Dvd, board games and popcorn in self-service at the reception. At 5min from the town centre on foot and 5 min from the entrance of the Rocky Mountains park.
detail room 209, patio remains illuminated all night long, door of the room lets the light pass all around, so you don't sleep in the dark.

friendly staff, lot of attention to detail: free dvd, games and books can be borrowed at the reception. rooms very clean. breakfast was all right. good heating (not only the us-typical loud "blower"). good location to "city centre" and national park.

there are huge rooms, great parking lot and you can sit comfortably in the sun in front of the rooms. breakfast is the american continental standard. on the positive side i would like to mention that real cups are used here. there are also scrambled eggs and bacon. we did not use the swimming pool. it was cheap. in addition. rooms are currently being renovated after the winter season,
village lives from tourism, in winter and in summer. we were there in the off-season and somehow we didn't understand the place either. at first sight, hotel looks like a lodge due to its equipment and location, when you are there, inconsistencies are revealed. lot of rustic repairs are done, thus, line gets a little lost. this can also have charm. the option with the free popcorn and dvds did not appeal to us, especially as it ends daily at 9 pm. also seems more intentional than skillful. bed was very comfortable. rough, untreated bed frame does not look consistent with the rest of the room's furnishing, i also see a latent danger of injury. please do not misunderstand, hotel was nice, there is still a lot to improve. swimming pool was also used as a storage for garden furniture, so it doesn't create an inviting atmosphere.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this lodge is just a stone's throw away from the stores and offers breathtaking views of the river. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette. the friendly staff provided excellent service and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options. Guests can also enjoy the facilities such as the pool, hot tub, and fire pit area.
The parking space can be a hassle if you have a larger vehicle.

We had a spacious room with a great view of the river from our balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, close to the town's pedestrian area and on a quiet road.
The pull-out couch in our room was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast could have been better, with more variety.
